Services
-Complimentary Phone Consult (Free)- A free 15 minute phone call to see if working with a clinical herbalist is right for you and to ask questions about the process. Contact the herbalist to schedule a call.
-Initial Consultation ($350)- This is an hour appointment where the herbalist will review your submitted intake form, discuss the root cause of your symptoms and create a Wellness plan that addresses your health goals. An intake form MUST be filled out at least 1 week prior to this appointment to allow the herbalist time to review your symptoms and create your preliminary wellness plan. -Follow up appointments ($175) - A half hour follow up appointment of the initial consultation to discuss your progress and make adjustments to your wellness plan if necessary. Multiple follow up appointments might be needed depending on your wellness plan and health goals. To book a follow up appointment click HERE.
-Cold and Flu Consult ($45) - This is a 20 minute appointment that allows the herbalist to recommend specific herbs, teas and/or natural treatments to help with colds, flu and respiratory related issues. Contact the herbalist to schedule a call.
Procedure
Step 1: Complete the Intake forms and Schedule an Appointment
Fill out the intake and consent forms. Please note - the intake form is very in depth and allows the herbalist to see the root causes of your symptoms. Once the forms are complete you can then schedule an appointment for an initial consultation.
Step 2: The Consultation
Consultations can be done in person or by telephone. We will discuss your health status, how to use the herbs, nutritional supplements and any dietary/lifestyle recommendations. At the end of the appointment you will have a wellness plan which may consist of:
- Dietary changes
- Lifestyle changes
- Herbal formulas/products (teas, tinctures, powders and/or capsules)
- Nutritional Supplements
- Complementary Therapies
Certain Herbal formulations can only be purchased by the clinical herbalist and will be shipped directly to you. However, recommended supplements may be purchased locally or online (ex. Amazon). You are not required to purchase any products as a part of your intake consultation.
Step 3: The Follow up
A follow up appointment will be booked at the end of your consultation. This session is crucial to your success with your herbal program since it gives the opportunity to adjust your wellness plan as needed. It may be decided by the herbalist to increase/decrease the dosage or replace a particular herb to better reach expected results.
Pricing
-Payment is due when booking or at the time services depending on your appointment type. You will be sent an invoice. Check, Cash or Credit Card is accepted.
-Fees: Initial Consultation is $350 for a 1 hour Session. This includes:
1. Analysis of the Initial Intake to identify your state of wellness
2. An individualized Wellness Plan with Herbal, Dietary, Lifestyle recommendations
3. Herbal expertise of formulas, vitamins and other supplements.
Please note: These fees do not cover any herbs, herbal products or supplements reccomended in your wellness plan.
-Additional half-hour follow up sessions are $175. Those taking herbs for chronic issues will benefit greatly from these follow up sessions so we can adjust your plan as your wellness increases.
Insurance programs, including Medicare, generally do NOT cover holistic therapies at this time. However, feel free to check with your own individual insurance regarding your benefits.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact the herbalist by phone, text or email with at least 24 hours' advanced notice. Be advised that you will be charged 50% of the anticipated cost of your scheduled appointment if cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
