How it all started.....

Back in 2009 my husband was diagnosed with the auto immune condition of Crohn's disease. He was put on an immune suppressing drug which he had to inject into his thigh twice a month.  We were also told he would be on these drugs for the rest of his life.  I naturally asked if we could do anything with his diet to help this condition.  We were wrongly told that diet had no effect, and in addition, he would have to take anticancer medication as well to prevent side effects.   We were extremely discouraged as we were in our early 20's.  Deep down in my soul I knew that diet had to be foundational to this illness.  We then set out to work with various natural healing doctors in the alternative health field.  I studied everything I could about gut health, the immune system, nutrition and herbs.  After a year of my husband following the correct diet and herbal program, he was able to get off all medication and has been symptom free ever since then.

This led me to see firsthand how the body can truly heal itself when given the correct nutrition and herbal support.  I then decidedto continue my education with Herbalism and dive deeper into the world of alternative medicine.  Overtime, I found myself helping others with basic health issues, and saw positive results when my friends and family members made slight lifestyle changes with diet and herbs.

I immediately enrolled in herbal school and was amazed with the wealth of ancient knowledge available from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Traditional Western Herbalism and Ayurveda.  It has been so rewarding over the past several years to help people from all walks of life find true wellness and health.  My mission is to help bring healing and balance to as many people as I can.
